You'd think Brandon could at least figure out the front & back of a hard hat being from blue collar Scranton and all? :har:

Here's the letter sent by E Jean Carroll’s lawyer to the federal judge in the defamation case that Donald Trump just lost calling out Trump’s lawyer Alina Habba for lying about a relationship between the judge and Carroll’s lawyer that never existed.

Alina Habba may well get sanctioned again and recommended to the bar for discipline.

And Habba's post verdict letter alleging misconduct.

A far-right ‘activist’ has been arrested after decapitating his father and showing his severed head on YouTube in a video calling for far-right militias to murder all federal employees.

Quote:

“He is now in hell for an eternity as a traitor to his country,” the man, who identifies himself as Justin Mohn, says to the camera before going on an unhinged rant against the government in line with QAnon conspiracy theories, calling for “militias” across the US to unite and kill federal officials “on site.”

The video, titled “Mohn’s Militia – Call to Arms for American Patriots,” was posted to YouTube at around 5:30 p.m. and appears to have been recorded in a bedroom where Mohn seems to be reading from a written manifesto on his computer screen.

In the footage, Mohn claims he is the commander of America’s network of militias as he rants against migrants, the Biden administration, the LBGTQ community, Black Lives Matter and “far-left woke mobs,” while calling for the slaughter and public execution of FBI agents, IRS employees, US Marshals, federal judges, border control officers and more “for betraying their country.”

Absolutely sickening.

'Donald Trump appears to be psychotic' as pressure overwhelms him: psychiatrist

Quote:

According to a former clinical professor of psychiatry at the George Washington University Medical Center, a combination of age and the pressures Donald Trump is facing as he attempts to fend off multiple criminal indictments not only makes him dangerous — he's also close to a mental collapse.

In an interview with Salon's Chauncey DeVega, Dr. Justin Frank, author of "Trump on the Couch: Inside the Mind of the President," bluntly stated "Donald Trump appears to be psychotic" after reflecting on recent outbursts during the E. Jean Carroll defamation trial that led to a stunning $83.3 million damage award.

Asked about what is going on with the former president who is being swamped by the onslaught of court cases, Frank suggested any vestige of a civil veneer Trump may have projected is long gone, and people are seeing him for who he truly is.
"From the time Trump was five years old, he hated rules and couldn't control himself. If Trump didn't like something, he would convert feelings into immediate action. He threw rocks at a toddler who lived next door when he was five. He punched out his second-grade teacher because he got mad at him. As a father, Trump knocked out his son, Don Jr., when he was in high school because he wasn't dressed appropriately," Frank recalled before adding, "Trump has always been like this."

"As people age, they generally do not change; they instead become more of their true selves," he further explained. "His capacity for self-restraint is becoming a thinner veneer over fundamental destructiveness. He is increasingly no longer able to fake it. This is why Trump is in court acting out, mumbling, being angry and disruptive."

After expressing concerns over a Rolling Stone report on the copious amounts of drugs that were dispensed by the Trump White House's pharmacy, including ketamine that is "used to treat severe depression," Frank expressed alarm at Trump's decline.

"Trump is extremely dangerous. Trump does not believe in laws and rules. He wants to be a lawless dictator. This is why I continue to share my conclusion, based on the evidence, that Donald Trump appears to be psychotic," he said.

"He is a person who is detached from reality. Even with the trials and other pressures, Trump is not capable of breaking down, of being cowed and/or broken. If anything, Trump will go down in flames if he goes down at all. Trump is an extreme narcissist who will destroy anyone who has ever done anything to hurt him, to oppose him, or defy him."

Here we go again.

The most senile President we ever had is currently sitting in the oval office displaying obvious signs of dementia and the left starts accusing the opposition of being crazy.

"Accuse others of what you are guilty of yourself" is straight out of the democrat playbook.

I'm not in a position to put a marker on a Politician, like Trump I do not have the skills or knowledge to do so.

Trump may have some psychological issues or he may not.

What I know for sure is:
It depends on where a person stands politically.

A person who's against Trump are more prone to give him a psychological diagnose.
Or believe what are written in the news

Old men helped cause the Soviet Union's collapse. Historians say it's a warning sign for the United States, and they are both old, very old more and more a gerontocracy. "What is the main difference between succession under the tsarist regime and under socialism?" "Under the tsarist regime, power was transferred from father to son, and under socialism – from grandfather to grandfather."

So, it looks like the Manhattan DA, Alvin Bragg, not only indicted Trump first, but will more than likely obtain the first criminal conviction of Trump before April is over now that the DC election interference case is delayed pending Trump's immunity claim appeal. That trial date reservation is still active and no longer in conflict with a Federal trial.

In fairness, I think we can all agree that the guy I previously posted about who murdered his own father and used the decapitated head in a YouTube rant about Biden and ‘far-left woke mobs’ was at least a little bit crazy.

And I do agree that Biden is too old to be president. I’m onboard with the idea that politicians should retire sometime in their 60s. I mean, Biden, Trump, and Clinton were born in the 1940s. It’s time for them to retire and allow younger people to take the reins. If nothing else, there’s less risk of younger people developing dementia, alzheimers, or other incapacitating conditions.

My cousin is 83 owns her own home, is in good health, drives, and works a full time job in the summer while my friend's mother is 82 and she doesn't even know that she lives in the state of Texas let alone what city or street she lives on. This is the essential difference between President Trump and Sleepy Joe no matter how hard and often they might try to make them seem like similar choices.

President Trump is fit for office, Sleepy Joe isn't. :hmmm:

President Trump was "getting it done" while in office despite massive interference from all sides. Do I wanna be buddies with him? No. Do I want him for President again? Yes!

Sure, so was the far left guy who shot up that Congressional softball game. But the question was about Trump and Biden, not some random nutter whose actual commitment to right or left is likely as shallow as the small puddle out at the end of my driveway.
