Silent Hunter III from 2005 bring your game play to 2015 with the
LIVING SILENT HUNTER III EDITION 2015 Mega Mod:)

First I would suggest a dvd or other download rather than Steam as you will continue to have SH5 problems without TDW's GFP.

This is a Steam work around.

If this does not work then you might take a look at running compatibility mode like XP SP3.
There are Windows 10 threads with lots of questions and answers so that would be a good place to post your problem also if it does not get sorted.

I'm having trouble with the installation of the mod called "DynEnv v2.9 - 1. Main Mod". It says that the file is in the modertation queue. Any help?

Did you install JSGME correctly?

Having looked at how DE comes it may be that you have not put the mod in the correct place?

The way that I would deal with this is to make a new folder.
Put the zip file in the new folder.
Open the zip file and you will see the 28 mods.
Highlight the first mod.
Go to the last mod.
Hold down the shift key and you will see all the mods are now highlighted.
Go to the copy tab.
Press ok.
All the mods will now be in the new folder + the zip file.
Now just copy and paste the ones you want directly in to your mods folder.
Enable the mods in the correct number order.
