You need to put that link inside the [IMG][/IMG] tags.

Example:

[IMG]YourLinkHere[/IMG]

Or you can press the button on the top bar of your message window and input the url there, it will automatically apply the IMG tags.

What you did wrong is that you chose the wrong link from what Imageshack gave you. I take you chose the 'Show image to your friends', right? In that case, the [IMG] tags dont work. You have to choose the last link, titled "Direct link to image". :up:
