Vessel was created using Sansal’s Pack3d extractor. It is compatible with any stock or super-modded version of Silent Hunter III. Includes the kingposts from Sergbuto’s large cargo. Tested using SH3 v1.4B.
Installation Instructions:
1)-Extract the contents of the folder Data to your SH3 main directory. **NOTE: If you are a Merchant Fleet Mod beta tester, delete the merchant designated M11B before installing. If prompted to overwrite files, select "yes"**
2)-IMPORTANT! Open Data\Sea\Englishnames.cfg (or Germannames.cfg depending on your language) and add the following line:
M11B=Medium Merchant 11
If you already have the old version of the freighter installed you should skip this step.
It can also be installed with JSGME but you will still need to add the Englishnames.cfg entry manually.

I recommend that you do not add this ship to other countries' rosters. I will be creating different versions for the United States and other seafaring nations.
If there are generic entries for UK merchants in your campaign, this vessel has a good chance of showing up throughout the war.
The ship supports symmetrical hull text and funnel logos. Only civilian skins are available at the moment. Camoflage skins will be added later.
You can easily mod it into existing missions/campaign layers but PLEASE back up your files. I am not responsible for any damage incurred as a result of using this mod.
This may not be used in payware mods. If included in freeware mods, please give due credit. I can't respond to PM requests for assistance - please post all questions, comments, and flames on the subsim.com forums.
Known Problems:
-Because of node constraints most ventilation ducts are dummies. Don't bother shooting at them; all but a few of the ones on the stern are indestructible.
-The reflection from the ship is still the default NKSS reflection. Using a corrected reflection caused severe problems with texturing that are still unresolved.
-Some damage at the front of the ship could not be corrected - however it is not very noticeable.
-A few parts could not be moved because of the need to avoid a CTD issue. The ship has been successfully tested to make sure it does not crash the game whenever it explodes (a common issue with some SH3 and SH4 ships).

Be sure to check later on for the Merchant Fleet Mod, which will include dozens of new merchant ships and thousands of new paint schemes.
