Please note that this mod was done for SabreTwo "expanded Mediterranean campaign" for GWX, I make it available mostly for other modders who may want to include it in their work.
If you install it as is you simply won't see any Maiale at all in game, they need to be scripted in the campaign or single missions.
When you script it in the campaign or missions, you have to leave it at 0m depth, if you put it below 0m the propulsion doesn't work. When set to 0m depth in the mission editor, the Maiale will travel at approximately 5 metres depth in game.
The maximum speed is set to 6 knots because it seems that the speed ingame is less than the speed set in the mission editor, so you have some extra speed reserve. In real life the maximum speed was 3 knots.
It has no armament although it could be interesting to equip it with a modified version of Sergbuto's "virtual torpedoes", and it can see ships on the surface and will manoeuver to avoid them.
