Fast Attack Time Limit Expander
by John Channing
This will not eliminate the time limit, but all missions now have a 6 hour limit which is more than enough, even for the one where you have to deal with a Russian Carrier Battle Group.
Simply create a new directory on your C drive ( I call mine Fast), and a sub directory of it called Mission. Place these files in the Mission folder. Then you use a text editor (like notepad) to change two lines in your Fast.ini file in the Sierra\Fast directory so that they point to the new folder (in my case C:\Fast\Mission).

I can't get this to work using Dosbox; I have Fast/Missions in the Dosbox virtual C: drive and am getting a crash upon starting a mission ( Can't load Oceandat) I have correctly edited the Fast.ini to read C:\Fast\Missions\
Thanks

1. So name of your folder is "Mission" or "Missions" and did you set the same folder in Fast.ini?
2. Maybe it's not important but you should rather use capital letters in dosbox. So for me it's MISSION not Mission.
3. Place your FAST\MISSION\ folders in your dosbox's VirtualHD not in your true C: drive. For dosbox VirtualHD is C: drive.
4. As wathomas777 has said chenge your ocean.dat to oceandat or even OCEANDAT.
Hi, how can i place the mission folder with all the files from the time limit expander into the dosbox (virtualHD) ? Would be great to have the time limit expander in the game .....
