Description
This is Kim Ronhof's Pacific Thunder Campaign Electronic Cipher Officer © Kim Ronhof 2001. This does function on a Windows 7 machine, when run as administrator. Use at your own risk. I was unable to obtain any permissions for this, and if someone objects to its upload, it will be removed. Just PM me. The zip file archive is NOT folder based. It can be run from a folder you create yourself, or from within your SH4 folder. Originally written for the original SSI/Aegis Silent Hunter game as used in Windows XP with the PTC group (what fun that was), it does seemingly function in a 'modern' Windows OS. I have not heard from Kim Ronhof since before Art Anker passed away (both PTC members also). You will see a few others still around here, but I am afraid we are all getting long in the tooth. You MUST read the pdf manual included in the zip file. Failure to pay attention to what you are doing will not be an acceptable excuse. No excuse is acceptable... :wink: - An adventurous person could go through all of the messages.txt files and convert their plain language to enciphered character groups. Similarly with the tsr files in the DynamicMiss folder. What fun, having to decipher all comms...
