This is basically the same profile as Gwennyd's fine work but with a little math thrown in to work with any 16:9 resolution (720x576, 1280x720, 1366x768, 1920x1080, 2560x1440, 3840x2160, 5120x1880, 7680x4320, etc into price ranges for monitors that most of us can't afford ).
I've only been able to test it at a few of those resolutions but it should work for any 16:9. My Voice Attack has been acting up (not wanting to respond to commands and acting wonky) so I'm not totally sure if the few problems I've had with commands not completing correctly were because of the program acting up or some problem related to the profile. The vast majority of the time it works fine.
Because the profile needs your in game resolution to correctly figure out where to click/type, it will ask you for your screen width and height in game the first time you use it. Because of Voice Attack's problems saving data with a profile unless you end the program while the profile is still active, it may ask you for those dimensions more than once.
If you are only going to play the game at a single resolution you can go into the profile and edit the [Get game resolution] command to enter your resolution. In that profile you will find two disabled actions that will need to be edited. Enter your in game screen width to replace the 1920 in the first disabled action and replace the 1080 in the second with your in game screen height. Then right click on each and enable it. After you enable those actions, disable the two that follow it that ask you to enter the data.
If you manually input your screen resolution in the profile and you later need to change the resolution you can edit the first two actions of the [Get game resolution] profile to reflect the new resolution.
If you run into any commands that consistently don't work correctly at your resolution please let me know what resolution and what command you're having problems with and I'll see if I can solve the problem.
To install just unzip the file somewhere (that you can remember), open up Voice Attack and use the import function to add it to your profiles.
I'm hoping to shortly have the ultrawide (3140x1440) and Super Ultrawide (5120x1440) figured out and included in this profile. And then on to the other popular aspect ratios and resolutions.
I'd like to thank Gwenyyd for the hard work of putting all the profile commands together and (indirectly thru Onkel Neal and his gameplay videos) getting me addicted to voice control and the game.
Feel free to holler if you have any problems! Enjoy!
