Dark Waters Version 6 Roster & Equipment Mod This mod is intended and designed to work only in conjunction Dark Waters Version 6 released by Fifi. Unzip the 900 DarkWaters V6_Errors-Mod into the JSGME MODS folder. It is named with 900 prefix only for casual purposes. You can rename/apply it anytime after the DW 100-series of mods. Fix details Dark Waters (DW) is a development of the Operation Monson (OpM) which was an Atlantic Theatre development of Stock SH4 1.5 U-Boat Missions Gold Edition. Within the Stock version of SH4 there are many roster, equipment, and naming errors that do not prevent SH4 from running but can cause sudden and unexplainable CTDs (crash to desktop). This mod attempts to fix those errors in an effort to eliminate some of the CTD's. Here is a bit more detail of the changes included: ⦁ Corrected Roster-Equipment-Date disconnections involving Aircraft, Ships, and Submarines and their respective weapons. ⦁ Translated the Contact Report responses into English. ⦁ Reworked the Radio Messages such that they no longer interrupt time compression. ⦁ Renamed many of the Merchant ships from the obscure SH3 convention such as M-F-Q-PT to more descriptive names such as Medium Tanker, Large Merchant the Roster files. ⦁ Corrected some subtle misspellings of Uboats in the Roster and Config files. ⦁ Fixed the career mission assignment of a Germany-based Uboat to an Australian mission assignment.
