For me, playing WAC 5.0, at night the flags are almost impossible to see, thus making it extremely difficult to identify the nationality of ships. This is important since you do not want to sink a neutral, or friendly, ship. I have bumped up the brightness of the flags, making it easier to see them, especially at night. There are two variations of this mod: Visible_Flags_high and Visible_Flags_moderate. Visible_Flags_high is the brighter of the two, and actually is so bright as to be unrealistic. Visible_Flags_moderate is less bright, requiring a closer approach to see the flag.
To use, simply place the folder you wish to use, either Visible_Flags_high or Visible_Flags_moderate, into your MOD folder and enable using JSGME.

Hey, you repeated the mod that was made many years ago ... you increased the parameter of the material called as Self-illumination (3ds Max and SH3 terminology)... but you forgot to mention the author's name of the original mod.
