Description

This is partial reskin of the ingame interface for Cold Waters. The goal of this modification is to bring heavier in feel, retro-ised in look user interface
for ingame panels and displays. I made it for my 1968 gameplay in mind but it is versatile enough to be used for all-around playing.

This is purely graphical modification. The mod replaces alot of the assets from the hud folder, adding among others new periscopes graphics (two variants to choose from) new plotting-table-styled TACMAP/TMA, red-themed displays, modified panels for conditions, signatures, stores, damage systems, new icons, new placement for some of the ingame displays etc

Mode is fricking amazing but there is a problem with scaling, it works fine for 1900x1080 but it doesn't scale properly (circles look squashed) on 1900x1200.

Any ideas?

ClaudiuC the circles will look distorted on non-native resolutions or more precisely aspect ratios, that's how screen scaling works, that can't be tweaked easily -otion wpuld be to make new graphics for desired resolution/aspect ratio

WOW! This gives the game more depth

The only thing that bothers me is the text color in Damage Control. The text is somewhat hard to read.

Do you plane to make updates for 107b? The weapon stations (and other little things) won`t work anymore.

Hello! I am wondering if you plan to upload a updated version of the mod for the new update to the game?

Thank you for this great MOD! Just an FYI, I can modify other panel text colors with your mod files loaded, but for some reason altering the color codes within the damage control panel section yields no changes while in game? Something must be wrong??? Thanks again for the great work here!

Can you make a version compatible with CaptainX3's New Playable Subs mod?

Great mod, unfortunately it seems to be outdated as on 1920x1040 res it glitches and gives big white blocks ): (https://imgur.com/NEfjwiLhttps://imgur.com/NEfjwiLhttps://imgur.com/NEfjwiLhttps://imgur.com/NEfjwiLhttps://imgur.com/NEfjwiL)https://imgur.com/NEfjwiL

Amazing work nonetheless, wish I could use it.

This mod desperately needs an update that fixes it for the final version of CW. Weapon panel and some buttons/icons are broken, showing large white blocks and spaces. Unusable.

Vanilla install, 1x hud scale and 1920x1080 as recommended in the readme. Using "default" mod install, none of the options are used.

Mod otherwise looks amazing. Would love to be able to use this.
