Additional pulldown / slide charts for MaGui F. Installation with JSGME. JSGME installation will not work if you have any mods (other than GWX+MaGuiF or NYGM+MaGui F) that change menu_1024.768.ini file. Only tested for use with MaGui F. The mod will not work properly in an other resolution than 1024x768.

Features:

A. less clicking through the ship recognition manual
- ship identification can now be made using pulldown charts. For GWX+MFM or NYGM+IABLShipsforNYGM_New
- a chart that gives a formula on how to assess ship type from a distance or in low visibility. Helps in identifying ships or assessing their type and size without recognizing the ship

B. easier or faster navigation map usage
- a table with values of sin and cosine for course and range calculations
- a maneuvering board for quick bearing, course, speed and range estimations
- clock figures that one can use in marking for example bearing times
- a collection of maneuvering board techniques from the United States Navy Department’s Maneuvering Board Manual from 1941
- a grid scheme that helps in getting your 4-digit grid location accurately and easily

C. added visual weather assessment aids
- Beaufort Wind Scale and Douglas Sea Scale slideouts added to Bridge for assessing sea states. One can now edit the weather report out from the game or not use it at all, and see if one can make accurate enough weather reports by one’s own visual assessment

D. GUI aids in estimating ship speed, aob and range
- Hitman’s Gegnerfahrt table for quick speed assessment when using the fixed wire system and E-messtafel for quick range assessment as slideouts in UZO and periscopes
- a chart with a series of pictures at a ship at different AOB’s for quick aob assessment
- a UZO range chart for MaGui F for those people who don’t want to rely on the watch officer or periscope for surface range estimations
- three charts from the Kriegsmarine Angriffsscheibe Handbook by KLH and Hitman to help in using the Attack Disc

E. faster torpedo settings
- a chart giving the required bearings for straight shots (perpendicular shots with the torpedo settings set as 0 gyroangle, enemy speed 0, enemy aob 0)
- a chart giving the required depth for safe torpedo launches in different sea conditions (helps those people who play with a system that has H.sie’s and Stiebler’s torpedo failures modded in)
- a chart that helps in quickly estimating when to shoot at different targets in a way that the torpedoes hit simultaneously
- a chart that gives one example on how to set up for an angled shot

F. faster fuel load assessment
- a new fuel gauge with numbers added to scale, so that it is easier to approximate how much fuel one has used

G. ship speed assessment with the hydrophone
- charts that help in assessing the speed of a ship by counting the RPM’s one can hear in the hydrophone. The charts are based on NYGM 3.6A and IABLShipsforNYGM_New, but the chart should work at least partly in other supermods and vanilla SH3 as well
- a chart that aids in typolozizing ship engine sounds and sound ranges
