Here's an early dazzle paint camouflage scheme tested on the R-Boats in the 1930's. The strategy was that by breaking up the outline of the sub it would be very difficult to know what it was or how far away it was. British idea you know! Testing revealed that while visually striking, the "camouflage" merely made the submarine mimic a highly visible target. The two test boats were the last ever to bear dazzle paint in real live.
Take this great idea to war! Has no effect on game AI (thank God!).

as it says in the Description, the "Camouflage" made the subs a highly visable target.
Game wise,it does nothing. It's just there to make your S-Boat look pretty.
