its for windows XP so it uses all 4 GB of ram instead of the 3GB limit of XP |

How do I get the patch to work? When I tried to install it, it said that the installation folder is/was an "invalid directory." When I tried to pick the Program Files(x86) Ubisoft SH4 folder as the "installation folder," it said the same thing! What the he** am I supposed to do?! PLEASE HELP!!!  |

I have a question. My Silent Hunter 4 is the download from UBI Soft. I still have my activation codes. When trying to install the 1.5 patch from this site, there is an error message. It says it says that I have an unknown version. It is currently the 1.4 version. What do I do now? |

when i download the 1.4 patch i can download it but when i try to download this ot says if i wanna drive or save it. and then when i go to the game i still just have the 1.4 patch so please help me out there |

 Weird patch, apparently it does, blank I guess this patch makes sh4 a little less laggy if you have 4gb of RAM? |

There is no clear answer on 1.5 version about whot it does. So i will stick to 1.4

You need to install SH4 in a different directory to Program Files x86.
This patch allows SH4 to utilise memory greater the 3GB. |

I cant get it to work either. Will just have to work with the orginal verison. Back again after a 5 year layoff from playing sh4. sorry to see so many of the old mods missing. |

This patch works great, just give it time and keep working with it. I too sugest installing to just programs files or create a games flolder, create ubisoft folder therein and install sh4 there. dont forget to do 1.4 update before using this file. Merry Christmas to the admin and sorry you are having such trouble. Please give us all another chance because we all come back sooner or later and play sh4 over and over.
