This is the Type XXVIII Uboat, a fictional submarine.
Type XXVIII for Silent Hunter 4 1.5 by Royale_Adio
This mod is a replacement of the stock Type IXD2 conning tower to the Type XVIII one. It is JSGME ready. I also took the liberty of adding the Type XVIII at the start of career as well as 15000 of starting renown.
It also includes a custom reskin made by me. Be sure to install it AFTER you install the new submarine.
WARNING: Installing the new texture WILL replace your old ones. If you install them, you will loose your old textures as it replaces them. You'll end up having the custom textures on other subs.
e.g. If you install the Type XXVIII textures, and you select the Type IXD2 in career menu, you will have the texture of the Type XXVIII applied on your sub while the conning tower will remain the same. The same applies to Type XVIII but inversed.
Known Bugs: Somehow installing it with ANY enviromental mods ship wakes modifications surrelevates the conning tower. I do not know why it does this but it does.
Installation: Unpack everything in your JSGME MODS folder. Be sure that the Type XXVIII is the last mod in you JSGME list, followed by its textures, if applied.
Mod is made by me, and so are the textures.
Feel free to modify anything on the submarine and its textures.

It works pretty good however because it comes after a type XXII sub it should be faster under water and the torpedo misses the target to often.. It is way to slow submerged at 6kts . But an A for effort to you and thanks.
I this U-Boat isn't a U-Boat Type XXVIII but i think is a U-Boat Type XXI With a Disel engine and a Eletric Silenced Engine for combact underwater and an high torpedo reload speed but i think is a good mod
