Description
This handy program by Nicolas allows the player to increase ship contacts in SH3. I have tested it in GWX3.0 and it works flawlessly. The only problem is if you have multiple installs, it is difficult to pick the correct install. You have to rename your installs by unique names to have the program search for the desired one.
