Default Iran to dispatch ships to the U.S. east coast.

The IRI Navy said it would dispatch ships off of the eastern seaboard of the USA.

I wonder how they would go about doing this as they only have around eight ships (5 frigates, 3 corvettes) that could possibly make the voyage across the Atlantic Ocean. It was mentioned that their ships would refill their stores in Venezuela.

All I have to say to that is "come at me bro."

Good luck to them keeping their Kilos running off the East Coast. That's a looong way away from home to be operating an SSK.

I'm sure the Coast Guard would be glad to lend any assistance to the Iranian Navy if they had mechanical problems off the US East Coast.

You think that big eared monkey Mahmoud knows what a Ticonderoga class missile cruiser is, or how far away it can kill his cute little Navy?

Maybe an introduction is in order.

I just don't get the hype.

Anybody can park off our east coast. Who cares? As long as they don't cross into territorial waters without permission, it is a non-issue.

If they do, well, this guy could handle it.

I guess it's alright then. He looks more than competent...At least more competent than they could even wish to be (naval-wise compared to American naval tradition at least)

Besides the minute we do something that is an actual show of force, he will be at the UN crying to China and Russia, his pimps.

I'm thinking he forgot his history, specifically the year 1988.
