Dokumentarni Film sa prevodom Istorija njemackih podmornica 1915 1945 - sadly only in German with Croatian translation...If anyone could fine this documentary with English translation, that would be really great...

Thanks, lots of historical stuff there.

Too bad there are not many documentaries about the other side of the uboat war, the civilians onboard the merchant ships.

I did watch a Norwegian series about this, many of the ships in the convoys were Norwegian, and they lost more than 4000 sailors and almost 600 ships.

We don't think about how tough is was for those sailors at sea, always waiting for a torpedo. They became nervous wrecks, problems with alcohol and so on. Interesting and more or less forgotten part of the war..

There is lot of info about second side, even about convoy crews and survivals from sea after torpedo hits here
